The employees are super polite, but the work that they do is extremely low budget. They do not perform the procedures that they claim on the phone. The owners are a husband and wife team. When I spoke with Marissa, the wife, she seemed genuine, but I don't really think she knows what she is talking about. Even her tech, who stunk of smoke, reinforced this when he told me that she has no clue what he does. Their equipment is equivalent to a shop-vac with a long hose. They showed up with an old van with hardware store lettering stuck on one side. Again, their technicians were extremely nice, but very unprofessional. Neither one was uniformed, and they both stunk of smoke and body odor. Their vacuum had the suction of your home vacuum cleaner, and they only went down a few feet into the vents. Please go somewhere else; it will be worth the extra money you may have to spend
