In just its fourth year, the High Plains Comedy Festival has quickly garnered the love of Colorado (and national) audiences by showcasing some of the best comics performing today. High Plains prides itself on offering some of the best comics from stage, TV, film, as well as from right here in our own ridiculously talented backyard of Denver, and this year will be no exception. Along with Garfunkel and Oates, Kyle Kinane, and Cameron Esposito, High Plains’ will feature more than 70 local and national comedians – from up-and-coming fresh faces to well-established comedic stars. This year, along with title sponsor Illegal Pete’s, High Plains will be presented by truTV, home to the scripted comedy Those Who Can’t which returns for a second season of laughs later this year. The series is created by and stars The Grawlix—former Denver darlings whose homecoming show promises to be a High Plains high point. Stay tuned to highplainscomedyfestival.com for performer announcements in the weeks to come.
