West Arvada Orthodontics is proud to bring to the community a sense of fun, fitness, and social togetherness (while keeping a COVID-safe distance). Also available in Virtual.
Event Details
Introducing the West Arvada Orthodontics Walking and Hiking Club! Once a month, we will meet at a designated area and go on a walk. All ages 8 and above are welcome. The age requirement is solely to ensure safety, and that each hiker is able to follow COVID safety guidelines. The age requirement will be dropped as soon as the pandemic threat has subsided. Each member will receive their very own super-comfy West Arvada Orthodontics shirt as a welcome to the Walking and Hiking club.
We will have walks both on the streets of the neighborhoods and surrounding neighborhoods, as well as hikes on the surrounding trails. We will post the planned neighborhood route or which hiking trail we will hike for the month on the Facebook page, so please keep an eye out for that announcement. Let us know if you have any ideas or preferences! We would love to hear from you!
At each Walking/Hiking Event (Both in-person and virtually), we will be RAFFLING off a SURPRISE GIFT and a SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNT ON ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT!
Also, EVERYONE walking or hiking with the club whether together or virtually, will receive a West Arvada Orthodontics Athletics T-Shirt.
We will be following all CDC COVID-19 Safety guidelines as detailed below. But you can also participate virtually if you would like in several ways! You can use the apps "MAP MY RIDE" or "STRAVA" to track your progress and then post it on the Facebook page. You can also post pictures or videos from the ride to the West Arvada Orthodontics Facebook page so that even if we are not all together, we can all still interact with and provide encouragement to each other within our wonderful community. You can also call ahead to the West Arvada Orthodontics at (720) 800-9331 and provide us with an email and you will be emailed a link allowing you to broadcast and see others on their rides in real-time.
We will be providing medical-grade breathable masks for everyone who needs one for the event or any other time.
