Event Details
Escoffier Chef Susan Yurish, chef and owner of a boutique catering company for over 11 years and catering/event styling veteran will show you how to impress your guests this holiday season. Simple ingredients combined with layers of flavor that are not only delicious but have the "wow factor" in their presentation.
Class check-in is at 8:45 am and we will start promptly at 9:00 am.

What is the cancellation policy?
Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up.
The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability.
*It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather.
Is there an age requirement?
Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.
Is there a dress code?
This is a hands-on cooking event. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. For safety reasons, please do not wear shorts, skirts or sandals. If you have long hair, please pull it back during class.
