The Honkytonk Express is a Denver based country band led by Eric Benny Bloom (Lettuce) & Taylor Scott. They ride the line of that traditional outlaw country sound but add in touches of blues, funk & soul. In the 3 short years they have been together, they have developed a fresh sound which has been a welcomed addition to the Denver country scene. What also makes them unique, is Eric Benny Bloom’s fiery trumpet solos and Taylor Scott’s ripping guitar playing.
The Honkytonk Express is a band that brings you back to the old days when country music was about the simple things in life and everything wasn’t so serious. They love to have FUN and it is ALWAYS a good time.
