Blackbelly Market is the first restaurant by award-winning chef Hosea Rosenberg. Our menu is founded upon locally-sourced, sustainable, organic food, much of which comes from the Blackbelly Farm. Our bar features seasonal cocktails, local beers and a world class wine list.
Blackbelly is located in Boulder's up and coming East Boulder neighborhood. Our restaurant features plentiful parking and a range of seating options, including dining room tables, a chef's counter, a quaint, 8 person bar and 2 outdoor patios.
We are open for dinner at 4pm, 7 nights a week. Happy hour is daily from 4-6.
