Custard-dipped French toast with maple syrup and warm fruit compote
Rosemary potatoes
Scrambled eggs with cheese
Carved honey-baked ham
Apple-smoked bacon
Honied baby carrots
Smoked salmon and dill dip with everything bagels
Field greens salad with grape tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, croutons and balsamic dressing
Calavacitas – zucchini, squash, corn and shallots
Pastry station:
