"Sip Sustainably!" EDGE restaurant at the Four Seasons Denver is honored to welcome Foxen Winery to our 2019 Wine Dinner Series.
Event Details
Endulge in a 5-course dinner, prepared by Chef Stephen Bukoff, paired with Foxen Winery's premium, single vineyard expressions of pinot noir and chardonnay.
You'll be sampling beautiful wines such as Foxen Block UU Bien Nacido Chardonnay 2015. Scoring a 94 from Wine Ethusiast and being noted as "one of the quirkiest California Chardonnays readers will come across" as it's "Chardonnay grafted onto own-rooted Riesling rootstock that was originally planted in the early 1970s".
Bill Wathen and Dick Doré have been making wine together since 1985, when they founded Foxen Winery & Vineyard at the historic Rancho Tinaquaic in Northern Santa Barbara County. Since that time their dedication has remained the same: the creation of small production, sustainably-farmed, vineyard-focused wines using a straightforward and minimalist approach to winemaking.
