The prix fixe meal begins with a first course of Dungeness Crab with Pomelo, Pomegranate and Fennel; second course features a Heirloom Beet Tartlet with Honey, Citrus, Pistachio and Goat Cheese; third course offers a choice of Coffee Rubbed Wagyu Filet with Chocolate Stout Jus, Braised Chard and Pommes Dauphine or Roast Sablefish with Mussels, Clams, Spinach and Sea Kelp Butter. End the meal on a sweet note with “Drunken in Love” a delicious dessert with Strawberry Chocolate Mousse, Chambord Macerated Red Berries, Chocolate Cremeux and Red Wine.
The delectable four-course meal can be enjoyed for USD 85 per person, and paired with a bottle of Dom Perignon 2008 for USD 225 per couple.
