Join Marie Thomas (aka Mariefromthe303), John Tiedemann, and Tess Clark for an evening of candy, scary stories, and horror slam poetry.
Event Details
Join Tattered Cover as we welcome Marie Thomas, John Tiedemann, and Tess Clark on October 15th at 5pm for a Halloween-flavored night of scary stories and poetry. Candy stations will be set up throughout the store for customers to indulge in their sweet tooth as they watch the show. We begin with Marie "Mariefromthe303" Thomas reciting scary poetry, followed by John Tiedemann performing a couple original horror stories, and ending with Tess Clark telling an original story. The three writers will be in costume and we invite attendees to be in costume as well!
Marie Thomas, better known as Mariefromthe303, is a twenty-something year old, Afro-Latina author born and raised in Denver, Colorado.
John Tiedemann is an Associate Professor for the University Writing Program at University of Denver.
Tess Clark grew up in Oregon and lives in Boulder, Colorado.
