Event Details

We recognize that the work week can be stressful and exhausting, and sometimes that carries into your days off.

Start your weekend off with a Saturday morning Stretch & Sip yoga class. This is your invitation to unwind and relax with a 60-minute yoga session on the outdoor patio of the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station.

Following class, attendees are invited for a complimentary mimosa with a purchase of an entrée at Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar.
Parking: metered parking is available nearby or complimentary valet when you dine at Woodie Fisher after class. The address is: 1999 Chestnut Place, Denver, CO 80202.
Upon arrival to the hotel, take the elevator to the second floor. The rooftop patio is around the corner behind the elevators.
We find that the daily stressors in life really get to the body and mind a lot. Additionally, we are here to bring together local community members into a unique space for community, connection, and collaboration!

There will also be an opportunity for mindful mingling and community integration afterwards.

Bring your own mat and water bottle.

This class is accessible to all, with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Non-profit. Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to connecting communities by spreading the knowledge of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Our goal is to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to know themselves well and improve their sense of inner peace.

Donation possibilities include: cash, venmo (@habitualroots), or donate on our website (www.habitualroots.com)

Alongside Habitual Roots, we are co-hosting this with the amazing non-profit, Shyft. They believe that everyone deserves access to mindful practices that improve mental health, regardless of ability to pay. Shyft offers all classes, workshops and events at a donation-based or sliding scale option. Classes include yoga, meditation, art, poetry, and more - all aimed to make mindfulness both accessible and fun. They are located just minutes from downtown Denver, and welcome you to join the community!

Looking forward to connecting with you all! Together we can put U back in hUman!
