Join us for a very special New Year's Eve wine dinner to celebrate before you celebrate. At 6:30 pm on NYE, we will be closing the Winery to the public and hosting this private dinner for only 50 guests. We will start with a passed appetizer reception, followed by a 5-course dinner served by our own Executive Chef and paired with select Carboy wines, including a tank sample with our winemakers. As a special delight, each guest will walk out with a very special bottle of our 2011 Carboy Brunello - retail value $85.
