Join us on Saturday, September 3rd to get your Labor Day Weekend off to a strong start! Lead by one of our amazing coaches and trainers, this FitCamp will be a challenging but manageable -body weight workout in the BARBOX Garden in Aspen Grove.
Come for the workout and stay for the FREE beer from Breckenridge Brewery! Eat the Frog Fitness takes pride in being able to work with any fitness level and any age. This is event is open to all ages and fitness levels. Must have valid ID to enjoy your beer post workout. High energy, fun music and great training in a safe, low impact environment.
Bring your mat, towel and plenty of water for a 55 minute bodyweight HIIT workout!! Must have valid ID to enjoy your beer post workout. We hope to see you there!
