Denver, Let’s Kick Off 2020 Together!
Cheley has been gearing up for an amazing celebration of 100 Years of Youth Development! Whether you are a long-time camp family, an alum family or you are thinking about embarking on the Cheley Experience please come join us for an evening of skating, learning more about Cheley, and meeting new camp friends all while giving back to our community. Yummy food will be provided by Bliss Catering.
As part of Cheley in the Community, we are asking attendees to bring non-perishable items (cans, jars, packages, etc.) to donate to the Food Bank of the Rockies. Ideas include soup, peanut butter, oatmeal, cereal, canned vegetables, canned fruits, rice/grains, pasta, snack bars, and snacks for kids.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to donate online, you can donate at http://fbr.convio.net/site/TR?px=1504614&fr_id=1230&pg=personal. They will distribute 5 pounds of food (4 meals) for every dollar they receive. No donation is too small! Even a quarter can provide a meal to someone in need. 96 cents of every dollar they receive goes to the food distribution program.
