Amala Yoga Community

Permanently Closed.. We are a group of yogis and bodyworkers creating a space in Denver's Capitol Hill neighborhood for you to come explore the practice of yoga and mindful living. We are your simple, no frills neighborhood studio and we have recently transitioned from Karuna Yoga and Wellness, to Amala Yoga Community. We maintain the same cozy space above City o' City and continue to offer daily yoga classes, massage and reiki with the guidance of skilled teachers committed to the development of peace, balance and flow. We honor all styles and lineages of peaceful practices and look to serve the community by offering a variety of paths to explore.
