Start 2019 on a high note by joining together in community to release energy from the previous year and get clear on your intentions for the upcoming one! This 2-hour event includes breathwork, slow flow yoga, seated meditation, burning of challenges from 2018, intention setting for 2019, and tarot! This event is open to all-levels. Yoga mats and props provided at the studio, but it is encouraged to bring your own mat if possible!
