Event Details
During the course of the event, guests will taste their way through Ilegal Mezcal's premium Joven Mezcal, Reposado Mezcal and Añejo Mezcal - all artfully paired with dishes by Tamayo's Executive Chef Oscar Padilla. The cost of the dinner is $45 per person.
This event takes place on Fathers Day, so it's the perfect way to give dad the gift of spirits!

ABOUT ILEGAL MEZCALA beautifull balanced mezcal with a notorious history, Ilegal Mezcal produces the finest small batch, artisanal mezcal that is 100% Agave. Commitment to quality is apparent in every step of their process, from harvest to first sip. Their artisanal mezcal is produced in small lots - each bottle is hand corked, labeled, and numbered. Ilegal Mezcal's fourth-generation mezcaleros use only perfectly ripe Espadín agave, double distilled in the Tlacolula Valley of Oaxaca, Mexico. Ilegal Mezcal has three distinct products - their Joven Mezcal, Reposado Mezcal & Añejo Mezcal.
JOVEN Un-aged. Full bodied agave flavor. Eucalyptus and mineral aromas compliment hints of green apple, fresh citrus, and red chiltepe. Light smoke. Lingering heat. Ideal for cocktails or perfect on its own.
REPOSADO Aged for 4 months in medium-charred American Oak. Caramelized pear and bitter orange on the nose. Clove, butterscotch, and hints of vanilla on the palate. Velvety throughout. An exceptional drinking mezcal.
AÑEJO Aged for thirteen months in American Oak, French Oak, and used bourbon casks. A gorgeous spirit rivaling the world’s finest scotches and cognacs. Maple, clove, and bitter orange aromas. Dark chocolate and sweet agave on the palate. Rounded. Full. Rich. Yet still untamed.
