Featuring live music by the Royal Street Ramblers and Half Pint & the Growlers, live viewings of the Kentucky Derby broadcast throughout the station and on Terminal Bar’s expanded patio, and a ‘Best Dressed’ competition. Prizes include a $100 Denver Union Station gift card for ‘Best Dressed Male and Female’ and a complimentary overnight stay at the luxurious Crawford Hotel for ‘Best Dressed Couple.’
Looking for an elevated Derby experience? The Cooper Lounge and Woodford Reserve will be hosting a VIP experience on the mezzanine overlooking the Great Hall. VIP guests will receive a selection of complimentary premium spirits, including Woodford Reserve, light hors d’oeuvres, and private tv screens for Derby viewing. Tickets for the VIP experience are $80 per guests and can be purchased by calling The Cooper Lounge at 720-460-3738.
The free station-wide Derby event and the VIP experience will both run from 1pm – 5pm.
