Brunson & Co. is the collection of Denver chef/owner Justin Brunson's restaurants, including: Masterpiece Deli, Denver Bacon Company, Old Major, Royal Rooster @ Old Major, Masterpiece Kitchen, and Culture Meat & Cheese. Born and raised in a farming family in Iowa, Justin spent his childhood gardening, hunting and fishing. These activities along with his agricultural roots instilled a passion for food, it's sourcing, preparation and presentation. Starting in 2008 with Masterpiece Deli, Justin redefined the sandwich shop in Denver.
