Led by the talented Chef Derek Baril, we make our own buns, American cheese and sauces from scratch, and grill up our burgers made with Colorado-raised Angus beef, with options like Wagyu beef, sushi-grade tuna, pork belly and lamb. We serve our burgers with hand-cut fries, farm-fresh salads, and creamy milkshakes, sundaes and cones from our very own 5280 ice cream shop right next door.
