Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street is a 5-story building with 150 Guest Rooms and 4,963 square feet of meeting space including a ballroom that can fit 200 people. With a total of eight meeting rooms, the Hyatt Place has the ability to service small to middle sized meetings by providing state of the art audio equipment and an array of catering options. The hotel is situated in central Boulder in an area known as Depot Square which is becoming an area where people can live, work, and shop. Along with retail and housing, Boulder Junction will become a new transportation hub with rail and bus access to Denver, Longmont, and other surrounding cities.
