CrossFit Roots is an official CrossFit affiliate located in central Boulder, Colorado. We believe in coaches, camaraderie,CrossFit Roots was founded in January of 2009 in a 200 square foot one-car garage. But don't let our small beginnings underwhelm you. Fast forward five years and 9,800 square feet, and owner Nicole Christensen's passion for coaching and dedication to the success of athletes and coaches has led to the creation of one of the most professional and state-of-the-art strength and conditioning CrossFit training facilities in the country. At Roots, there are no gimmicks and there is no fancy facade.
