The Asian Cajun is started by 3 brothers-in-law, ABC Tony, Peck Sidara, and John Biloxi. One of them grew up in Mississippi. Can you guess which one? The 3 fellas married 3 sisters, but that was not all they had in common. They also shared a love for the same food. They've had many crawfish boils and barbeques together and decided it was time to start a restaurant. The Asian Cajun is not fusion cooking, but rather the best of both styles.
