Brik features an open-kitchen with an authentic wood-fired oven named the Acunto Mario, imported from Italy. The menu features Wood Fired Neapolitan Pizza, artisan charcuterie platters, tapas, seasonal salads and a weekly chalk board creations such as hand made pastas and wood-fired meats.
Creating a Brik experience is as much about decadent wine and delicious food as it is about the ambiance. Brik offers region-specific wine and food pairings, tasting events, and educational experiences. Wine'd down Wednesday is our weekly tasting event and on every first Wednesday of the month, Brik takes your taste buds to a new region in the world of wine where you can learn and taste wines with on of our sommeliers.
