Description
In 2004 the Town of Lyons turned over the old water treatment cement tank to CoCoA, Confluence Community Arts, for the purpose of transforming the dilapidated ruin into a dazzling, mosaic, tile and sandstone covered monument. In it's fourth year of surface application, community volunteers meet twice per week from May-October. When completed, it will be landscaped, creating a pocket park.
