Ready to step into the awakening of spring? Join me for an intentional sound bath of releasing winter restorative energy and inviting in the awakening energy of spring.
Event Details
Join Reiki Master Crystal Chinn for a Guided Meditation Sound Bath using the sharp set crystal singing bowls for a deeper level of healing in Boulder!
Please arrive 10-15 min early to settle into your space.
Class Schedule:
Doors Open 15 min prior
We will start promptly at 2:30pm
15 min Guided Meditation
45 min Sound Bath
You are welcome to stay and socialize, journal, pull cards, meditate
Details:
Parking is free and plentiful
Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket
Feel free to bring your journal, oracle cards, or even your crystals to use the sound bath to
cleanse and charge them
Masks are optional ***if you have symptoms of being sick, please do not attend and send
me an email for a refund request or to use on another sound bath offering
Please remove shoes before stepping on the judo mat (bench and cubbies are available to store your things)
