Born and raised in the hills of Upstate New York, Curt began his journey with country/folk music throughout college where he taught himself guitar and the art of writing. The 23 year-old troubadour is inspired by his love of nature, fly fishing, and where he is at in life. Writers and artists such as Evan Felker, Charles Wesley Godwin, and John Denver have all played a part in Curt’s style of writing. As a young man trying to figure out this ever changing world, and as a young artist trying to put his foot in the industry’s door, Curt took a step to record his first studio record back in Febuary. With West Virginia producer, Zach McCord, the EP is a handful of songs targeted to those who aspire to get out of the small town that many get stuck in. Taking that leap, Curt drove to Phoenix, AZ after recording and has been living there since, playing shows around the area. With plans of heading back out west after time in NY, Curt has his sights on making the most out of anything that comes his way, writing as much as he can, and growing as an artist and a person.
