Makayla Greathouse, a Hokie Alumni, is teaching a vinyasa flow at Infinite Monkey Theorem Tuesday, 5/15 at 6pm.
Event Details
This will be a vinyasa all levels flow with various modifications offered for new practitioners to experienced practitioners.
The ticket price of $20 includes the one hour yoga class (6-7 pm) and a glass of Infinite Monkey wine to follow with proceeds going towards a Denver Hokie scholarship fund.
Can pay on site but please register so we know how many people to expect.

Makayla has been teaching vinyasa yoga for 2 years and currently teaches at Endorphin. Vinyasa is a practice that allows for an awakening of energy and exploration of your edges in a conscious way through movement and breath. This practice flows through a sequence of postures to improve strength, flexibility, and mind body connection.
