Your table awaits, with a delectable Five-Course Artisan Beer Dinner! Colorado Cuisine expertly prepared Tableside by the endlessly talented Chef Jared Kendall of Thistle And Mint. Each course is paired perfectly with a Burns Family Artisan Ales Anniversary specialty beer.
AT THIS DINNER, we will raise a toast with a SIXTH POUR, a barrel-draw of Ode To Yggdrasil Solar Eclipse!
This is a 22%abv imperial stout aged consecutively in Laws 4Grain Bourbon, Aardbeg Single Malt, Heaven Hill Elijah Craig Bourbon and Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels. 3 years in creation!
Every course is introduced by Chef and Brewers.
Seating begins at 3:30p. Dinner starts promptly at 4pm.
$100/person + Eventbrite processing fee. Gratuity not included.
