Please join Amanda, lead facilitator for Habitual Roots, as we shift our outdoor yoga classes inside for winter! We will meet at Samadhi Yoga Sangha on Wednesdays at 6pm. Classes are still donation based.

Our collective intention each week is to cultivate both Sangha and Sadhana -- a spiritual community and a habitual practice. Classes will include exploration of asana (movement), pranayama (breath), and meditation (stillness).
There will also be an opportunity for mindful mingling and community integration afterwards. (Bring some tea?)
This class is accessible to all for free, with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit.
Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that fosters an intention-based community centered around mindfulness practices and emotional intelligence training in order to build positive habits of self-care and integrate these practices into our lifestyle.
