Guard and Grace, the beloved steakhouse in Denver led by the acclaimed Chef Troy Guard, is delighted to host Chef Rocco DiSpirito for a collaboration cocktail event and launch party for Chef Rocco’s latest cookbook Everyday Delicious: 30-minute (ish) Home-Cooked Meals Made Simple, on May 22nd, 2024. These two culinary masters will present a joint passed menu, featuring special bites from Chef Rocco’s already #1 best seller. Guests will have the opportunity to have their cookbook personally signed by Chef Rocco.
After their wildly successful 2022 collaboration, Chef Guard once again welcomes Chef DiSpirito, a James Beard Award winner, three star recipient from the New York Times, 15-time cookbook author and nationally acclaimed chef, to join him in the Mile High City at his award-winning modern steakhouse, Guard and Grace.
The event, priced at $85, will give guests the opportunity to meet the two chefs and try dishes from Chef Rocco’s new cookbook while also taking a copy home with them. Everyday Delicious: 30-minute (ish) Home-Cooked Meals Made Simple, showcases Chef Rocco’s chef-inspired recipes to bring joy and comfort to daily cooking.
The cocktail-style evening will consist of passed drinks and small bites from Chef Guard and Chef Rocco with the opportunity to meet two chefs and chance to have their cookbook personally signed by Chef Rocco.
Each chef is making multiple dishes, from the recipes in Chef Rocco’s book alongside Guard’s signature bold flair and playful style.
