Description
Bring your Littles and your Bigs for a Spooktacular night of.safe halloween fun. The parking lot will be lined up with decorated trunks and the the shop will have a special VIP Halloween Goody Bag for our registered little goblins and superheroes.
Event Details
We will have a variety of seasonal vendors to shop and browse that will also be passing out candy. Be sure to sign up so we have a head count of participants.
PARENTS... We are looking for parents to decorate their trunk and make this fun for the kids. Please sign up so we know we will have enough trunks to pass out candy. No cost to be a trunk, lets make this fun for the kids :)

Vendor Booth 10x10 Tent Space - $40.00
Vendor Booth Table 8ft - $30.00
No electricity provided to any spots. Vendors are required to provide your own tent and tent weights, tables, table linens and chairs for your space.
Please have candy or a small treat to pass out at your booth. Great time to give the parents a small treat with your business card as well.
We ask that you post on your personal & business social media and on our event page so everyone knows about the event and the items you will have for sale.
We will market to our email and text database as well as paid marketing via social media and flyers.
Event will be held rain or shine. No refunds unless County/State shuts down businesses for some reason.
You must collect your own sales tax and report it. If you do not have a regular Denver Sales tax account, then you need a Denver Special Event Sales Tax License. The Special Event License fee is $5.00. You can register for your license and file your sales tax return online at the same time after the show, as long as you do it within 30 days after the last day of the show.
