This was my favorite place that I went when I was in the 303. I tried their margaritas and some of their tacos and everything impressed me. I also thought that the atmosphere and interior decorations were adorable.
They have HUGE portions at Little Anita's! I ordered their Burrito de Mexico and I could only eat half because the plate felt like it weighed 5lbs itself! I loved what I could eat but next time I go I would consider splitting a burrito with someone or trying their Southwest Calamari!
Pros: Big Portions!
Texas de Brazil is known for serving their meat on a spear and the meat lived up to all of my expectations. I had the filet mignon wrapped in bacon and it was just as juicy on the inside as it was crispy on the outside. Some of the best steak I've had in the past 4 years.
Pros: Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon.
Crema Coffeehouse has some of the strongest coffee in Downtown Denver but that's what I like! It gave me a great energy boost for the rest of my day in Denver.
Kokoro is a great lunch spot for those that enjoy fresh sushi and great Japanese food.
Chef Jimmy's is the airport food that I ate on my way home. Though I was sad to leave Denver, this place made my last few hours much better! I tried one of their burgers and it was fantastic.. Definitely better than most airport spots.
Orange Leaf is a great place if you like everything but the kitchen sink on your ice cream but it's also the perfect spot for the picky eaters in your family. You can choose exactly what flavors you get and the toppings because its a build your own frozen yogurt place! I love their peanut butter frozen yogurt.
Tacos are one of my favorite foods on the planet so when I saw that Torchy's Tacos was called one of the best taco places in the country I (naturally) had to drag y family here. But we all enjoyed what we got. I tried to Green Chile Pork and the Fried Avocado tacos, both were excellent.
Pros: A wide variety of Taco's to try!
I loved going to iN-TEA when I visited Denver. They have every type of tea you could think of and the people who worked there were able to tell me different teas I might like based on which one's I knew I liked. It was great to try different tea's from all over the world and I'm glad I did it at iN-TEA.
I had a great time at Cafe Marmotte with my family when we visited Denver! The presentation of their dishes is spectacular and could probably convince you to try some things you thought you didn't like before this. Their chefs might even convince you that those things you thought we not so good are actually delicious.
Pros: Plate Presentation.
This is where you catch the worlds best ? Comedians. It’s absolutely a historic spot for catching up and coming acts and comedy. Not a Good space for diversity or quality entertainment . This place discriminates gender, race, etc...they put forth a progressive Socialy aware front that excludes and disenfranchises many. It’s elitist capatalist and unconcerned with supporting minorities and margenalozed people.
Pros: Top billing comedians, most expensive place too Drink and pee. Worst Date spot in Denver.
Cons: Stuck in the past, dangerous environment , rape culture, sexist, racist, ageist, abalist, they tokenize people with disabilities and differences. Not the woke, cultural center of Denver you are looking for.
Terrible this place mocks and plays songs insulting Anyone who may be gender non conforming or transgender. They have a steady group of regulars that are hateful and problematic. Could hardly even stay long enough for a beer. They tolerate Racisim and sexism. The punk vibe could be cool if they were not a local Nazi haste group meeting place.
Pros: Patio and punk music.
Cons: A local spot known for its HATE GROUP REGULARS. fosters a rape culture and harassment perpetuating environment. Sadly adjacent to gay Amy and queer centers of diversity. This is just not the place for COLORADO people.
So many cool girls work here! I have a blast everytime!
Pros: The entertainment!
Cons: The fact that patrons control the music! Lol...
My wife was bugging me to have the vents cleaned out, I found All City and they came out a couple of days later. The lady on the phone was super patient with me and my ridiculous slew of questions, and seemed to be knowledgeable about everything. The tech was even better! He took us through the whole house to show us what he was going to do, and it took him almost two hours to finish my 1,500 sq foot house. He said the vents were awful, and not only could I hear everything coming out, there were some things they pulled out too- trash and all kinds of junk that somehow got in there. I felt bad that I blew off my wife for so long having this done.
Pros: I was able to get a great deal on pricing. On time, polite, did a great job.
“JJ is clearly the most professional landscaper I've ever dealt with. He sets clear expectations with respect to timing, cost, etc. and then he delivers. I certainly recommend him.â€
Pros: “For many years I’ve contracted J.J. Doke to install and maintain my irrigation and landscaping needs. I have been very impressed with his skills and advice, and his craftsmanship has far exceeded my expectations. The ongoing timely and ethical deportment of his services will keep me a loyal customer for many years to come. Thanks for making my properties stunningly beautiful!†Ira (2010)
Lived down the street for years best place when a craving comes on.
Pros: Friendly workers..
Little known fact about Spill: Check out the menu fresh made Mexican food is killer especially $1 Taco Tuesdays and Sunday Fundays on the Patio in the Summer!!
Pros: Great Music and DJ's, late night crowd, rooftop patio, Happy Hour, $1 Taco Tuesday, staff rocks.
Cons: Can get too crowded late night weekends and the parking in LoDo sucks!
I'm here three days a week and the consistency is excellent.
Pros: Strong service. Great people. $2$4$6$8 dollar menu can't be beat.
Cons: Weekends are so busy sometimes there's a little wait.
